This affordable .357 Magnum ammo from Winchester is an effective carry load designed to stop threats quickly in a self-defense emergency. While labeled as a JHP, these rounds employ a semi-jacketed hollow point (SJHP) construction which utilizes an exposed lead nose to ensure reliable expansion at a wide range of impact velocities.

Each cartridge in this box of 50 fires a 110-grain SJHP bullet at 1,295 feet per second. A fast-moving but relatively light projectile results in fast, high diameter expansion and strong terminal performance with a low risk of overpenetration alongside controllable recoil.

Winchester ammo is loaded in Oxford, Mississippi using non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases.

Although intended for defensive use, hollowpoint ammo also works well for target shooting.
