Tired of torn up and soggy paper targets? Then it’s time to convert to the power of steel! This 6” double hole steel target by Birchwood Casey is made in the USA, rugged enough for centerfire rifles, and a perfect addition to any backyard or commercial range.

Birchwood Casey makes this target out of AR500, which is also often used to create armor, mining equipment and truck plows because it’s so tough. The heat-treated steel’s high ranking on Mohs scale is also why AR500 is able to prevent bullets from bouncing back at the firing line as ricochets or splash-back. You can really torture this 3/8” thick disc with all kinds of powerful rifle and pistol fire before it shows any sign of wearing down.

Two square holes are perfect for carriage bolts and double-chain mounts, but you can just as easily hang this gong by one of its holes if you prefer. It’ll still sing the “ping” song either way!
