Speer Lawman ammunition is a top quality practice load, particularly for those who carry Speer's widely used Gold Dot hollow point self-defense hollow points. Lawman training cartridges are loaded to the same specs as their Gold Dot counterparts in order to produce the same recoil and external ballistics. This makes training more realistic and cheaper at the same time.

This particular version of Lawman ammo in .357 SIG fires a 125 grain total metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,350 feet per second. The TMJ bullet is ideal for indoor shooting because its enclosed-base design prevents airborne lead exposure when the round is fired. Each box contains 50 cartridges.

Lawman ammunition uses brass cases. It is loaded in Lewiston, Idaho using non-corrosive primers from Speer's sister company, CCI.
