Each cartridge in this box of 30 fires a 55 grain full metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 3,240 feet per second, in accordance with the M193 standard used for training by the US military.

This ammunition is loaded at the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence, Missouri. It uses non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases with visible annealing marks.
