The FMJBT is nothing particularly fancy – just a lead core and gilding metal jacket that treat the shooter to reliable accuracy. The bullet’s boat tail does help to protect against wind drift, and its cannelure prevents the force of ignition from jolting the bullet loose from its seating. Most importantly, this bullet is nonmagnetic.

American Eagle ammo is optimal for handloading projects. This particular ammo’s brass cases may look a little discolored, but that isn’t indication that they’re reloads – it just shows that the brass has been properly annealed, so it’s supple enough to seal off the chamber correctly during ignition.
