This round’s CenterStrike bullet is manufactured according to the tightest specs Federal can pull off. Each OTM possesses a consistent weight, a virtually perfectly concentric jacket, and a voidless injection-molded lead core. Take care that the OTM can’t initiate terminal expansion. Its tip’s opening only exists because it gave passage to the liquified lead that formed its core.

Thanks to its excessively uniform weight distribution and aerodynamic frontal profile, the OTM is capable of following an outstandingly predictable trajectory. Once the 0.450 G1 BC bullet attains its advertised muzzle velocity of 2,650 fps, it’s due to hit 200 yards without elevating more than 2.9” above the bore line.
