The ELD Match. It is a match-grade polymer tipped bullet. It can’t expand like the ELD-X, but it can blow you away with its awesomely flat trajectory. Between its deformation-immune Heat Shield tip, hyper-concentric AMP jacket, secant ogive profile and optimally angled boat tail, the ELD Match has precisely what it needs to attain a high ballistic coefficient. Hornady recorded the 168 grain bullet’s 2,840 fps muzzle velocity, 0.523 G1/0.263 G7 ballistic coefficients, and -7.3” drop at 300 yards after passing through a 200-yard zero with a 24” test barrel.

The ELD Match receives an even flatter trajectory and higher resistance to wind deflection thanks to Hornady’s Superformance propellant. It increases muzzle velocity by 100 to 200 fps – without causing greater recoil, temperature sensitivity, chamber pressure or fouling.
