ARX Inceptor ammunition takes a different approach than most self-defense loads, with a grooved bullet that is designed to generate highly efficient energy transfer (and thus strong terminal performance) without relying on an expanding or "mushrooming" design. This .45 ACP version is both flatter-shooting and lighter-kicking than conventional ammo, making it a great choice for concealed carry.

Each cartridge in this box of 20 fires a 118 grain polymer-metal alloy bullet at 1,307 feet per second. This high velocity is achieved by the very light for the caliber projectile. Aside from excellent terminal performance, these polymer bullets will break apart upon impact with a hard surface.

This ammo is loaded by Quantum Ammunition in Savannah, Georgia. It is non-corrosive and uses brass cases.
