This .38 Special ammunition from Magtech is an economical load that fires a heavy 158 grain semi jacketed hollow point bullet that's suitable for hunting and self-defense. It also excels at target shooting, behaving much like a semi-wadcutter bullet when fired at paper targets.

These cartridges come in a bulk-priced case of 1,000. They use a standard pressure powder charge that produces a muzzle velocity of 807 feet per second, making them slightly hotter than some .38 target loads but still suitable for compact or older firearms.
