This 5.56 NATO ammunition from PMC closely resembles the M855 ball ammo used by the US military, all the way up to the mil-spec load's distinctive "green tip." It is an excellent training round for AR-15s and other 5.56 NATO rifles.

Each cartridge in this box of 1,000 fires a 62 grain full metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of about 2,920 feet per second. In line with M855 specs, these rounds use non-corrosive Boxer primers and have visible annealing marks on the brass as proof that the cartridge has been assembled properly.

PMC ammunition is loaded in South Korea by defense contractor Poongsan.
