Recoil. It’s the high-falutin’ word we use to describe “kick” – i.e. how violently the handgun digs into your palm and jerks upward on ignition.

Some folks love recoil. Can’t get enough of the stuff. We think they’re great people.

Some folks do not love recoil. We’re just as fond of them, which is why we’re right pleased to offer this special 9mm target ammo by Blazer for sale.

This round’s bullet is crazy light! Just 100 grains despite having a conventional copper jacket and lead core. Its 1,130 fps muzzle velocity (4” test barrel) is also pretty low relative to its weight. But thanks to these little tweaks, this ammo manages to plate up considerably less free recoil energy.

Low-recoil ammo is also weak ammo, and full metal jacket bullets aren’t designed to maximize trauma to flesh. Those are two reasons why we don’t recommend this ammo for hunting or personal protection. Blazer’s Idaho-made brass-cased ammo is great for everything else, though. Some folks love it. The rest just haven’t tried it out yet!
