The MatchKing possesses an exceptionally thin jacket that is drawn to an exacting concentricity standard, so it rotates with pronounced stability while in flight. Its in-flight performance is further optimized by its narrow hollow point meplat which grants increased immunity against wind deflection, as well as its boat tail design which enhances its ballistic coefficient for a flat trajectory, greater velocity downrange, and even more resistance to wind.

This particular MatchKing sports a cannelure in order to prevent setback which would negatively affect its performance. Magtech’s own high quality touches are apparent throughout this round as well, including a brass casing which is suitable for multiple handloads, a non-corrosive primer, and propellant which creates an admirably consistent chamber pressure.
