Each round in this case fires a heavy 62 grain full metal jacket bullet at 3,100 feet per second. If these specs seem familiar, it's because they are the same as those of M855 mil-spec ball. This ammo lacks certain mil-spec features such as a steel core and intact annealing marks on the brass. These absence of these features does not affect the accuracy or trajectory of this ammunition.

Winchester ammo is made in the USA using non-corrosive Boxer primers.
