Each round in this box of 50 fires a 230 grain full metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 850 feet per second. This loading results in average .45 Auto ballistics and stout but not overly snappy recoil. As a standard pressure load, this ammo works well in both full size and compact concealed carry handguns and can be fired through a suppressor without crossing the sound barrier for optimal noise reduction.

This ammo is loaded in Russia using non corrosive Berdan primers and steel casings. The cases are polymer coated for improved feeding and ejection without the fouling associated with lacquer coatings. While they are not reloadable, the casings are quite sturdy and contribute significantly to the low cost of this ammunition.
