These American Eagle series cartridges have the clean-burning propellant they need to produce a steady 1,655 fps muzzle velocity when fired in a handgun with a 4.8” barrel (exactly the length of an FN Five-seveN’s barrel; a Ruger-5.7 has a 4.94" barrel). Those little bottlenecked brass cases are Boxer-primed and reloadable, too, so you’ll definitely want to stick them in your pocket.
