Hornady Zombie ammunition is designed to stop zombies in their tracks with a hollow point Z-MAX bullet similar to those used in the Critical Defense series. Z-MAX projectiles are similar to Flex Tips and have a soft polymer tip that deflects debris and allows the petals to expand more reliably.

Each 9mm Luger cartridge in this case of 250 fires a light 115 grain JHP at 1,135 feet per second. This is a standard pressure load that works well in a wide variety of 9mm Parabellum firearms and handles well in rapid, aimed fire.

This ammo is loaded in Grand Island, Nebraska using non-corrosive primers and brass cases; it comes in specially branded packaging to make sure you know what to grab when the zombies show up!
