357 Sig fans are used to having a harder time finding good ammo for their pistols. But Federal Personal Defense HST is not good ammo. It is great ammo, designed for police use but available to any member of the general public who insists on loading the best in their CCW’s magazine.

The HST jacketed hollow point bullet is durable. Fire this round through heavy clothing, sheet metal or plywood and its bullet will retain virtually 100% of its weight. That’s why the HST bullet so consistently penetrates to an effective depth for personal protection!

This round’s JHP expands just as reliably. It should increase in diameter by more than 100% as it plows through ballistic gelatin. Even if the HST bullet has to pierce auto glass – the toughest barrier considered during the FBI’s test protocol – then it should still increase in diameter by over 50%.
